5. Quotations, Orders, and Pricing

Quotations provided by Furnera are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
All prices are FOB (Free on Board) from the designated port of origin unless agreed in writing.
Orders are considered accepted only when confirmed in writing by Furnera.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in individual sales agreements or invoices.
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard payment schedule is 40% deposit upon order, 30% upon production completion, and 30% prior to shipment.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

All shipping terms and responsibilities are defined in the applicable purchase or sales agreement. Furnera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Buyers or their agents are responsible for inspecting goods at the manufacturing facility before wrapping and shipment. Once goods leave the port of origin, they are deemed accepted unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. Warranties & Liability

Furnera warrants that products will conform to the specifications agreed upon in writing. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Furnera’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs displayed on this site are the property of Furnera LLC or our partners and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furnera LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or products.
